The Bolsa Point Beach is located just north of Pigeon Point in San Mateo County. This sandy beach at the mouth of an unnamed gulch is hidden from view below a bluff and behind a farm at the address 9351 Highway 1. This land is part of the Bean Hollow Ranch which was purchased by Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST), a group that protects land.

Pescadero is a small town in San Mateo County located just 30 minutes south of Half Moon Bay, about an hour north of Santa Cruz and an hour south of San Francisco. Pescadero's location makes it an excellent place to stop for lunch and to stretch your legs on your Pacific Coast Highway Road trip.

Pescadero Point Beach is just off Highway 1 in southern San Mateo County. It's about a mile south of Pescadero State Beach and a half-mile north of Bean Hollow State Beach. There are no facilities here but if the parking lots at the state beaches are full, you could head to this little-known beach next to Pescadero Point.
